Terms of service

Mezero offers artificial intelligence tools for businesses:

• Mezero Intelligence: a team of AI agents you talk to in a chat (typed or with voice notes) that works with the apps and networks you connect. It replies, prepares reports, creates content, schedules tasks and posts when you ask it to.
• POS, Reservations, Self-Service and Creative: tools to run restaurants and serve their customers.

We may change, add or remove features. If we remove something important from your plan, we will tell you first.

• You must be at least 18 and use Mezero for your business or on behalf of a business that authorized you.
• You are responsible for what happens in your account. Keep your access safe and tell us if someone uses it without permission.
• In an organization, admins invite and remove members, change roles and manage the plan. What is shared with an organization's agent can be seen by its members.
• You can delete your account at any time in the app (More → Privacy → Delete my account) or by writing to us.

What you share with Mezero and what your agent produces for you is yours. You allow us to store it, process it and send it to our providers, including artificial intelligence providers, only to provide the service and as the Privacy Policy explains.

You must have the rights and permissions needed for what you share, for the accounts you connect and for any customer data you process with Mezero.

• The replies, reports, images and videos AI generates can contain mistakes or not fit your case. Check them before you rely on them, especially for financial, legal, health or safety decisions.
• Your agent acts in the apps and networks you connect according to what you ask. You decide what to connect and with which permissions, and you are responsible for what is posted or sent on your behalf.
• You can disconnect an app or a network at any time.

You may not use Mezero to:

• Break the law or other people's rights, including copyright and privacy.
• Create or spread illegal, deceptive, hateful or violent content, or any sexual content involving minors.
• Send spam or messages people did not ask for.
• Impersonate another person or business.
• Access our systems without permission, get around their limits or disrupt other people's service.
• Copy or resell the service, or use it to build a product that competes with Mezero.

If you break these rules, we may limit, suspend or close your account.

• Some services require a paid plan. Plans are billed in advance, monthly or yearly, and renew automatically until you cancel.
• Plans include credits for your agents' work, and you can buy more if they run out. Credits have no value outside Mezero.
• Payments are processed by Stripe.
• You can cancel at any time from your account's billing section. The plan stays active until the end of the paid period, and then your agent stops.
• Unless the law says otherwise, we do not refund periods already started or credits already used.
• If we change prices, we will tell you at least 30 days before they apply to your plan.
• If a payment fails, we may pause the service until it is resolved.

Mezero connects to other companies' services (for example social networks, email, Telegram or Stripe). Their use is governed by their own terms, and we are not responsible for how they work or for their changes.

Mezero, its software, brand and design belong to us or our licensors. We allow you to use them only to use the services under these terms. If you send us suggestions, we may use them without any obligation to you.

You can stop using Mezero at any time. We may suspend or close your account if you break these terms, if the plan is not paid, if the law requires it or if your use puts other people or the service at risk. When reasonable, we will tell you first.

When an account is closed, its data is handled as the Privacy Policy describes.

Mezero is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do our best to make it work well, but we do not guarantee that it will always be available or error-free, or that AI results will be accurate.

To the extent the law allows, Mezero is not liable for indirect damages or for lost profits, data or business opportunities, and our total liability will not exceed what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

None of this limits the rights you have under the consumer protection law that applies to you.

We may update these terms. We will publish the new version here with its date and, if the change is important, tell you at least 30 days in advance. If you keep using Mezero afterwards, you accept the new terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, where mezeroai, Corp. is incorporated, without prejudice to the rights the law of your country gives you. Before any claim, write to us so we can try to resolve it.
